TECT system is largely divided into TECT equipment, TECT management system, and TECT decryption server.

TECT equipment is connected to CCTV and directly transcoding or encrypting video data. The TECT management system registers and manages TECT equipment and CCTV information, and monitors or controls the current state of TECT equipment.
